With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew Richard Kacyon of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, born in Berwick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 24, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Kacyon and Gertrude Kacyon (Belles); his wife Patricia Peck Simmons; his children, Christine Richiuso (Leonard) of Murphy, TX, Andrew Kacyon, Jr. (Jennifer) of Oshkosh, WI and Chad Kacyon (Pamela) of Lafayette Hill, PA; his stepchildren, Wendy Allard (James) of Corning, NY, Carrie Alpha (Christopher) of Ithaca, NY and Curt Simmons (Meghan) of Corning; his grandchildren, Alain Sylvester, Sara Sylvester, Joseph Richiuso, Joshua Richiuso, Andrew Kacyon (Lindsey), Brett Kacyon, Adam Kacyon, Kaleigh Kacyon, Nicholas Kacyon, Sydney Kacyon, Alyson Kacyon, Jacob Allard (Katie), Madeline Allard, Abigail Allard, Mika Alpha, Zoe Ann Alpha, Malu Alpha, Veronica Tuazon, Elliott Tuazon and Ava Tuazon; his great grandchildren, Grayson Kacyon, Mia Kacyon, Grayson Sylvester, Reign Sylvester, Nora Allard and Cullen Allard; his brothers, Henderson Kacyon of Berwick, PA and Lawrence Kacyon (Donna) of Towanda, PA; his daughter Michelle Kacyon; and his great grandchild Christopher Alpha. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
