She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Brown and Angeline Brown; her husband John Schlaeger; her sisters, Pat Formiller (Eugene), Mary Baerwald (Robert) and Dorothy Christian (Lee); and her sister-in-law Carol Brown.
She is survived by: her son Jack Schlaeger (Denise) of Minneapolis; her siblings, Robert E. Brown (Carolee) of Wauwatosa, Walter Brown (Bud) of Oshkosh, Rachel (Brown) and Mellberg (Robert) of Fenton, Missouri; her siblings-in-law, Polly Lindemer and Ronald Schlaeger; her caregiver Tracy Lindemer; and her close friend Fran Tillman. She is also survived by two grandchildren, six great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
