He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sitter and Ruth Sitter (Womaski); his sister Gail Demler; and his daughter-in-law Christine Sitter. He is survived by: his wife Susan Sitter of Oshkosh; his sons, Michael Sitter (Heather) of Germantown and Daniel Sitter (Lac) of Fond; and his brothers, Philip Sitter (Nancy) of Waupaca and Val Sitter of Oshkosh. He is also survived by Four grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In Lieu of flowers a memorial will be established at a later date.
