He is survived by: his children, Steve Howard (Carol), Vickie Spaulding (Paul), Pamela Ryckman (James), Jeffery Howard and Dorothy (Michael); his grandchildren, Carrie, Josh, Joseph, Randall, Rachel, Brooke, Amy, Emily and Sara; and his great grandchildren, Dakota and Bristol.
