She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Peter "Butch" Neustifter and Emily Hannah Neustifter (Kaelin); and her daughter Lori. She is survived by: her husband William Fleck of Oshkosh; her children, John Fleck (Vicki) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Thomas Fleck (Cheryl) of Oshkosh and Connie Sutter (David) of Omro; and her siblings, Jerry Neustifter of Oshkosh, JoAnne Hucek of Lockport, IL and Debbie Ratchman (Mark) of Oshkosh. She is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In Lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Barb's name.
