She was predeceased by: her parents, Lola Mae (Twombly) and Ellsworth Shirk; her son Jeremy; and her nephew William. She is survived by: her husband John; her sons, John III (Terri) of La Crosse and Jason Monnett (Jaimie) of Oshkosh, Wisconsin; her children-in-law, Kate Monnett and Tim Kiefer of Pewaukee, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Calvin, Miles, Juliet, Brooks and John IV; and her siblings, Cindy Connelly, Joanne Kutzman (Mike) and Bill Shirk (Sherrie). She is also survived by 11 nieces, four nephews, 12 great-nieces, and 10 great-nephews.
