He was predeceased by: his parents, John Zwickey and Janet Zwickey (Notzke); and his siblings, Mike Zwickey and Cheryl Zwickey. He is survived by: his siblings, Laurel Berrell (Jim Stelter), Steve and Bob Zwickey; and his nephew Trevor Berrell.
