Carl E. Chapman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl E. Chapman (Oshkosh, Wisconsin), born in Monahans, Texas, who passed away on October 7, 2021 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carl E. Chapman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lottiemae Chapman and Cliff Chapman; and his nephew Jason McAtee. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Chapman; his son Connor Chapman (Bethany); his brother Robert Chapman (Linda); his sister-in-law Jody Rupich (Ron); and his nephew Hutton Chapman (Anna).

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to either the Carl Chapman Scholarship fund at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh or to the Oshkosh Chamber Singers.
