It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Johnson (Oshkosh, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 4, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Frank and Florence Frank (Lewis). She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Susie Schumerth (Jeff), Mary Bayens (Matt) and Eric Johnson (Laura); her grandchildren, Hannah Bayens, Fletcher Bayens, Calvin Schumerth and Tyler Schumerth; her brother James Frank; and her cousins, Diane Stein and Terry Zabkowicz.
A memorial fund in Carol's name is being established.
