She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Phillip and Irma Phillip (Mowers); her husband Elmer Levine; her son James; her brothers, Richard and Robert; her half-siblings, Ronald, James, Marilyn Coates and Donna Stindt; and her stepmother Jean Phillip.
She is survived by: her sons, Philip (Lisa), David (Jolene), Richard and Kenneth Levine (Ann); her grandchildren, Dawson, Leah, James, Matthew, Dr. John and Alyssa; and her half-brother Michael Phillip (Kim). She is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in her name may be made to the charity of one's choice.
