He was predeceased by: his parents, Alois Collins and Yvette Collins (Baumans); his father-in-law Oscar Lee; and his brother-in-law Keith Lee. He is survived by: his wife Susan Collins; his sons, Erik and Cory Collins; his grandson Korbin; his mother-in-law Arla Lee; his siblings, Carol (Tom), Nadine (Dick) and Mark (Lisa); and his sister-in-law Kim. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
