He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Hoffmann and Elaine Hoffmann; and his aunt Ruth Hoffmann. He is survived by: his brother Brian Hoffmann (Mary); his sister-in-law Donna Hoffmann; his niece Kim Chronister (Chris); his nephew Brad Hoffmann (Debbie); his cousin Linda Klein (Chris); and his close friend Terrie Westenberger. He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
