He is survived by: his children, Nicole Gates (Evey) of DeForest, JJ and Brock Allen (Mandi) of Packwaukee; and his siblings, Emily Duane (Derek) of Poynette, Rob Allen (LuAnn) of DeForest and Julie McHugh (Mike) of DeForest. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
