She is survived by: her children, Peter van Reyendam (Denise) of Halifax, Pennsylvania. and Chanda Anderson (Pete Hodge); her brother Larry Streblow (Pam); her brother-in-law Chuckie Mateyka (Gail); her nieces and nephews, Scott Mateyka (Sandy), Amy Mateyka (Rob), Amanda Lutz (Marc) and Adam Streblow (Alissa); and her grandchildren, Emily Noffke (Ben), Madison Hodge (Sam), Janelle Hughes (Jonah) and Karissa van Reyendam.
