He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Miller; his grandmother Mary Ayers; his friend Ken Christianson; his grandson Everett Reich; and his significant other Anne Boyce.
He is survived by: his father Gerald Miller; his brother Daniel Miller (Cyndi); his daughters, Jessica Reich (Justin) and Jennifer Miller-Karau (Ally); his granddaughters, Taylar and Adalynn; his nieces, Morgan Miller (Justin) and Katie Miller; his great-nephew Braiden; and his great-niece Jasmine.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Dave's name to benefit the Otter Street Fishing Club Kid's Fisheree—continuing his legacy of supporting the next generation of anglers for years to come.
