He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Paulick and Florence Paulick. He is survived by: his children, Joe Paulick, Kevin Paulick (Amy) and Megan Jacobson (Dylan); his grandsons, Brant, Evan Paulick, Dawson and Hudson Jacobson; and his brothers, Mike Spanbauer (Lori) and Tom Spanbauer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Oshkosh Chapter of the Disabled American Veterans Association, an organization that David felt strongly about.
