Debbie Steines Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie Steines of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 30, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Whitney and Joyce Whitney. She is survived by: her husband Duane Steines; her children, Denise Elms (Clark) of Newark, Delaware and Michael Steines (Adriana) of Louisville, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Brady, Connor, Ally, Logan and Dylan; her sister Diane Headington (Lyle); her parents-in-law, Diane, Jack Kuhl, Dennis and Lois Steines; and her friend Susan Golden.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
