She was predeceased by: her father James Andre; and her brothers, Richard and Michael Jr. Andre. She is survived by: her significant other Ron Paulsen; her children, Melissa Lutgen (George), Thomas Witak Jr. (Jennifer) and Brandy Witak (Chavalier Castro); her grandchildren, Kurt Witak, Nicholas, Alaina Washburn, Brianna Hull, Hunter Witak, Abagail Hull, Bridget Blurton, Kimberly Lane and Brooke Castro; and her great grandchildren, Serenity, Parker, Carter, Carson, Jade and Paisley. She is also survived by many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and many other family members.
