It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Lee Ramminger of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Manthey and Barbara Boede Manthey; her grandson Anthony Ramminger; and her siblings, Marvin Manthey and Linda Manthey.

She is survived by: her husband Sylvester "Sonny" Ramminger; her children, Shane Worden and Kimberly Kremer (Chad); her stepson Scott Ramminger (Marcia); her grandchildren, Corey Kremer, Ryan Kremer, Summer Ramminger and Makenna Ramminger; and her siblings, Randy Manthey (Sara), Lisa Manthey (Jen), Peggy Miller, JoAnn Opper (Lowell), Connie Kelly (Terry) and Pamela Schneider (Chuck).

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
