She was predeceased by: her parents, John Krueger and Margaret Krueger; her husband Eugene E. Schmude; her son Scott Schmude; her siblings, Janice McDermid, Karen Moylan and John Krueger; and her siblings-in-law, Edward Slovick, Charles McDermid, Paul Moylan and Sadie Ann Krueger.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Schmude (Pamela) and Andrew Schmude (Lisa); her siblings, Marilyn Slovick and Stephen Krueger (Mary); her grandchildren, John Schmude (Mindi), Sarah Arriaga (Manny), Noah Schmude (Lee Anne), D'Lynn Horstman, Dan Ehlke (Heather) and David Davies; and her great grandchildren, Addison, Emerson Schmude, Kaylee, Avry Arriaga, Courtney Piske, Mackenzie, Daniel Browne, Samuel Kriek, Charlotte and Sydney Ehlke. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the South Park Brown Pavilion (1300 Georgia St, Oshkosh, WI 54902).
She had a generous heart and a creative spirit, sewing thousands of colorful pillowcases to donate to ConCur Cancer.
