He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Schultz and Alvina Schultz (Heise); his parents-in-law, Ray and Ruby Lyness; his brothers-in-law, Tom Galica, Ken Lyness, Don Schuelke and Ron Soukup; and his nephews-in-law, Larry Verzal and Ken Jupp.
He is survived by: his wife Judy (Judy); his siblings, Marion Schuelke, Arlene Soukup, Elaine Bowen, Evelyn Soward, Dolores Schultz and Alvin Schultz Jr.; his sisters-in-law, Marcia Galica and Darlene Lyness; his nieces, Heidi Christian (Shawn), Buffi Kremers (Jason), Cindy Verzal, Kim Butz (Dave), Vickie Michels (Tom) and Cathy Jupp; and his nephew Ed Soukup (Betsy). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
