He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Kunz; his children, Dr. Christopher Simons (Katherine) of Two Rivers, Todd Simons (Cheryl) of Oshkosh, Debra Letarski (Randy) of Oshkosh and Vicki Simons of Oshkosh; his sister Jane Smith of Waupaca; his grandchildren, Jake, Sarah, Lucas, Ian, Emily, Andrew, Hayley and Torgny; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Mia, Runa and Winry. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
