He is survived by: his children, Kris Siewert (Doug), Kim Lubenow (Darrell) and Steve (Gayle Griffith); his grandchildren, Lauren Ewertz (Scott), Adrienne Siewert, Cory Zedler (Janet), Matthew Zedler (Caity), Nicholas Lubenow (Natalia), Ashley Mijal (Eric) and Courtney Schmuhl; his great grandchildren, Avery, Conor Ewertz, Isla, Leah Zedler, Sofia Lubenow, Isabella and Nadia Majal; and his friend Mary Kolberg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family will establish a memorial in Doug's name.
