He was predeceased by: his parents, Hector Garcia and Irma Garcia; and his grandson Louis Edgar Spina. He is survived by: his wife Jill; and his siblings, Tania, Lily and Mario. He is also survived by other family members, and many friends who felt like family members.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Vincent's Catholic Church (1225 Oregon St, Oshkosh, WI 54902). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Bob Woodruff Foundation or the Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund.
