He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Huebner and Ruth Huebner (Manteufel); and his in-laws, Gerald and Genevieve Winter. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Winter; his children, Troy Huebner (Denise Genette), Eric Kowenstrot (Brenda), Ann Kowenstrot and Jason Kowenstrot (Madia Ison); his grandchildren, Zachary Seidl (Ally), Caitlin Kowenstrot (Cameron Bonvini), Jesse Biddle, Max Keating, Kaya Biddle and Zoe Huebner; his great grandchildren, Genevieve, Alice, Henry, Charlie, Joseph and Michael; and his brother Bryon Huebner (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (2450 W 9th Ave, Oshkosh, WI 54904). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
