We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2024, at the age of 98, Elaine A. Kossel of Oshkosh, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Benjamin Milligan and Gladys Milligan (Hackney); her husband Robert; her daughter Kathryn; and her brother Donald Milligan.

She is survived by : her children, Robert (Jacqueline), Kristine Fox (Brad) and Benjamin (Kathleen). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be sent to the Ruth Kossel Scholarship.
