She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Joe" Kearin and Eleanor Kearin (Collins); her husband Thomas A. Carroll; and her siblings, John Kearin, Mildred Murray and Mary McMahon.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Thiel (Joe) of Oshkosh, Ellen Bender (Barry) of New London, Peggy Czerniak (Mike) of Medford, Tom Carroll (Marilyn) of Brookfield, Daniel Carroll (Tracy) of Oshkosh and Joe Carroll (Diane) of Kimberly; her sister Margaret Kearin Carey of Riverside, IL; her grandchildren, Sarah Ek (Ed), Maureen Carroll (Ryan Jones), Michael Thiel, John Thiel (Trisha Picard), Laura Bhatia (Aman), David Carroll, Alex Carroll (Belle), Kelly Wedge (Seamus), Kyle Bender and Amy Kaley (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Elise, Lydia Wedge, Edison Ek, Evan, Connor Jones, Elphaba, Decklan Carroll and Colin Kaley.
