He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kempinger and Marcella Kempinger (Putzer); his brothers-in-law, Wayne Mueller and Eric Anderson; and his friend Gary Taillefer.
He is survived by: his pets, Autumn, Batman and Gracie; his siblings, Sandra Mitchell, Sharon Mueller, Mary Jo Anderson and Jim Matschi; his nieces and nephews, Kristine Mitchell, Claire Anderson, Brian Mitchell and Graham Anderson; and his friend Lisa Richlich.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Gary's name may be given to St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church (Sacred Heart Parish) or the Oshkosh Area Humane Society.
