He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Footit of Sturgeon Bay; his daughter Aimee Footit (Cole); his sister Lori Footit; his nephew Travis Footit; his uncle Ron Buehring; his mother-in-law Donna Jean Church; his brother-in-law Matthew Church (Dawn); his niece Melissa Church; his aunt Judy; and his uncles, Larry, Jeff, Rick and Butch.
