He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Rotter and Lillian Rotter (Stern); and his siblings, Robert Rotter and Caroline Hess. He is survived by: his wife Janet Rotter (Fell); his children, Michael and Kathy Rotter; his grandchildren, Rachel Ellis (John) and David Patt; and his sister Marion Plass (Earl).
