He is survived by: his father Stanley Burns; his wife Jeanne Santy; his children, Todd Burns (Ann Marie) of Oshkosh, April Burns of Oshkosh and Jonathan Burns (Melinda) of Manitowoc; his grandchildren, Gabrielle Jacobs (Kurt), Hope Burns of Oshkosh, Ryan Burns of Manitowoc, Nick Burns of Kiel and Emily Lemmens (Michael) of Appleton; his great grandchild Hadley (Oshkosh); and his siblings, James Burns (Jackie) of Oshkosh and Janet Gritzmacher of Oshkosh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
