He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Tollard and Marie Tollard (Brunn); his cousin Don Wyman; his aunts, Bernice Bodde of Kansas, Mary Ellen Tollard, Darlene Curtis and Kathy Sebora (Tim) of Oshkosh; and his great-nephew Lucas Valdez.

He is survived by: his wife Lisa Rivard; his children, Chloe and Reed; his siblings, Larry (Lori) of Marathon, Ben of Berlin, Patricia Anderson (Angela), Burgett of Oshkosh, Jennifer Anderson of Appleton and Sharon Valdez (Daniel) of Black Wolf; and his sister-in-law Linda Rivard of Donovan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He will live on with his organ donation and through the love that his family and friends had for him.
