She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Paddock (Wood) and Jennings Paddock; her husband Franklin Delano Roosevelt "Billy" Rice; her son William Melvern "Vern" Rice; her sister Edith; and her brother-in-law Wayne.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Rice, Emma Jean Williams (Randy), Lynda Fae Murray (Sean), Franklin Doyle Rice (Patti) and Robert Allen Rice (Kimberly); her siblings, Jim Paddock (Donna), Gloria Johnson, Audrey Warner (Bob) and Velva Sass (Jim); and her nephew David. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbors.
