He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Jacob and Madella Jacob Sr. (Schmidt); and his sister Sharon Jacob. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sue McGuire; his children, Christopher McGuire, Samantha McGuire and Rocky Johnson; his granddaughters, Jera, Ariel and Emily; his siblings, Stephen T. Jacob Jr. (Jean), Karen Byer (Roger), Gary Jacob (Pat) and Robert Jacob; his daughter Katrina; and his close friends, Jackie Johnson, Butch M. and Gerry C.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his honor.
