She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Gebauer and Frances Gebauer (Langman); her husband Donald Zimmerman of Paul's Lutheran Church; and her siblings, Henry, William Gebauer and Marion Sternitske.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Zimmerman (Ginger), Stephan Zimmerman (Audrey), Carla Zimmerman and Mark Zimmerman (Kelly); her grandchildren, Matthew Zimmerman (Julie), Miranda Zimmerman, Benjamin Zimmerman and Noel (Sam McLimans); her great grandchildren, MacKenzie, Cody, Lillianne, Kendaleigha, Jordan and Baby; her great great grandchild Theodore; her niece Sherri Tirpe; her siblings-in-law, Gareth Sternitske and JoNell Gebauer; and her close friend Bill Zaske. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to assist family with funeral costs.
