He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his grandchildren, Stephanie Greiner and Joseph Hasenohrl; and his siblings, Franklin Beckfield Jr., Virginia Miller and Lois Thompson.

He is survived by: his children, Nancy Hasenohrl (David), Laura Doctor (Ken), Stephen Beckfield (Becky) and Scott Beckfield (Lisa); his grandchildren, Michelle, Thomas Hasenohrl, Alexandria Streit (Andrew), Grant, Russell Doctor (Allie), Craig, Roslyn Beckfield and Kristen Grossmann (Jamie); and his great grandchildren, Marisa, Spencer and Brantley Grossmann.
