We are sad to announce that, on August 14, 2022, at the age of 74, James W. Powell Jr. (Oshkosh, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James Powell; his daughter Sarah; and his siblings, Robert Powell and Patricia Powell. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Kempfer; his daughters, Rachel and Mandi Webb (Nathan); his grandchildren, Patrick and Sarah Webb; and his siblings, Ann Marie, Joan, Matthew, Terry and Amy.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions towards the funeral expenses.
