She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Santy and Aloise Santy; her husband Gerald "Gerry" Burns; and her brother Jerome Santy. She is survived by: her children, Todd Burns (Ann Marie) of Oshkosh, April Burns of Oshkosh and Jonathan Burns (Melinda) of Manitowoc; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Jacobs (Kurt), Hope Burns, Ryan Burns, Nicholas Burns and Emily Lemmens (Michael); her great grandchild Hadley Jacobs; her brothers, Larry Santy and Randy Santy (Julie); and her sister-in-law Sandra Santy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Raphael's Church (830 S Westhaven Dr, Oshkosh, WI 54904). A Mass was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Raphael's the Archangel Catholic Church located at 830 South Westhaven Drive in Jeanne's memory.
