She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Cushman and Eileen Secor Cushman; her husband John Schwantz; her daughter Mary; her brother Dale; her siblings-in-law, Shirley Cushman, Marilyn and Clyde Terrell; and her nephews, John and Jim Terrell.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Nolan (Patrick), Joan Weeks (Kenneth) and Amy Zimmerman (John); her grandchildren, Ann Schlenske (Jon), Michelle Weeks, Adam Weeks (Micalla), Matthew Nolan (Trisha), Mark Nolan (Lacey), Andrew Zimmerman (Amber), Amanda Priewe (Joe) and Jessica Zimmerman; and her great grandchildren, Blake, Paxton, Brynleigh, Emmett, Emily, Charles, Abigail, Lucas, Chloe, Quinnlynn, Joshua and Cooper.
