He was predeceased by: his father John Costello; and his brother David Costello. He is survived by: his wife Joann Costello of Oshkosh; his daughters, Jaina Ziegler (Brian) of Oshkosh and Jolene Finley (Michael) of Ripon; his sisters, Claudia Lennop (Marc Heikkila) of Oshkosh and Catherine Griffin; and his grandchildren, Bradley, Brayden Butkiewicz, Brianna Ziegler, Farrah and Noah Finley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
With the help of Fiss & Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home, Johann will be able to offer a final helping hand, by having his prosthetic limb donated to someone in need.
