He was predeceased by: his parents, Humphrey Sullivan and Beatrice Sullivan (Mullarkey); his wife Marilyn Egan; his siblings, James Sullivan (Joyce) and Ann Korb (Ron); his in-laws, Ralph Draeger, Ed Langenfeld, Bernice Pryne, Doris Kroll, David Egan and Richard Egan (Ann); and his nephew Patrick Sullivan.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Kelly (Rick), Kelly Sullivan (Eric Kolb), Edward Sullivan (Paula O'Donnell) and Mark Sullivan; his grandchildren, Erin Kraebber (Karl), Corey Ansfield (Kelsea), Megan Kelly, Kristen Paulsen (David), Spenser Sullivan, Garrett Sullivan, Ireland Sullivan, Grady Sullivan (Alexis Pfeilstifter) and Kaylin Werth; his great grandchildren, Allyson, Hadley Kraebber, Reese Ansfield, Levi and Landen Werth; his siblings, Mary Grace Langenfeld and Tom Sullivan (Sue); and his grandsons, Andy, Ken Pryne and Greg Kroll. He is also survived by many other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Jack's honor.
