She was predeceased by: her parents, Abner Barndt and Josephine Barndt (Unmuth); her husband Donald Christenson; her son-in-law David Early; and her siblings, Jean Baker, Betty Brown, Raymond Barndt and Robert Barndt.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Basler (George), Karin Early and Craig Christenson; and her grandchildren, Ashley Basler and Aaron Basler.
