She was predeceased by : her parents, Arden Colligan and Irene Colligan (Nelson); and her siblings, Larry Colligan and Judith Helm. She is survived by : her husband Mitchel J. Bennett; her son Dustin R. Bennett; her mother-in-law Shirley Jacques (Robert); and her siblings-in-law, Rance Bennett (Kathy), Kevin Bennett, Kim Thomson (John), Robin Begrow and Barbara Schatz (Christian).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established by the family to honor Joy. Donations will be accepted directly to the family or Fox Cities funeral Home, Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
