She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Felhofer and Francis Felhofer; her husband Thomas Zak; and her brother Joe Felhofer (Bev). She is survived by: her sons, Tom Zak (Janet), Todd Zak (Linda), Troy Zak (Connie) and Tim Zak (Lynn); her grandchildren, Andrea, Tommy, Tyler, Tanner, Ryan, Sean, Bailey, Cody, Lyndsey and Samantha; and her siblings, Betty Rozek, Rosie Olson, Sue Robinson, Sally Zak, Jim Zak and Karon Kita (Gerald). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
