It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith A. Bartels of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, born in Shawano, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Arleigh Roloff and Elnora Roloff (Carlson); her spouse Thomas J. Bartels; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Bartels and Joan Bartels.
She is survived by : her daughters, Lisa Andreas (Joe Hurst) of DePere and Danielle Hoeper (Nat) of Oshkosh; her grandchildren, Carson, Ava Andreas, Cadence, Benjamin, Brooke Hoeper, Indiah and Kade Hurst; her brother Jeff Roloff (Mary) of Shawano; her siblings-in-law, Larry Bartels of Reedsburg and Lynn Bartels of Reedsburg; and her uncle Jim Carlson of Shawano. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family prefers memorials in Judi's name to the Shawano Community Schools Fine Arts or the Shawano County Humane Society.
