She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley "Steve" Spiczenski and Vivian Spiczenski (Clark); her son Jerrold, Jr.; her husband Jerrold, Sr.; and her sister Patricia.
She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Spiczenski (Marilyn) of Oshkosh and Sharon Morken of Fond; and her brother-in-law John Head of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
