She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon J. and Mary A. Johnson (Schultz); her former husband Leslie Kutz; her stepfather Roy Liddecoat; her brother Jim Johnson; and her grandmother Margaret "Gangi" Adamac.
She is survived by: her husband David Guitzkow; her sons, Jason Kutz (Siobhan), Jeremy Kutz (Lindsey) and Tom Guitzkow (Kay); her grandchildren, Jace, Jaylee, Cailin, Joel and Henry; and her siblings, Krista Mraz (Jim), Paul Johnson (Shelly) and Jon Johnson (Laura). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in her honor.
