She is survived by : her children, Kathleen Childs (Greg) of Rock Hill, S. C., Brian Nevins (Mary) of Oshkosh, Wis., James Nevins (Maureen) of Fredericksburg and Terence Nevins of Alexandria; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Robeson (Lance) of Jacksonville, Fla., Michelle van Steyn (Simon) of Arlington, Maureen Alley (Michael) of Waunakee, Wis., Chris Nevins (Emilie) of Neenah, Wis., Nicholas Childs of Washington, D. C., Margaret Nevins of Sun Prairie, Wis., Conor Nevins of Charlotte, N. C., Kerry Nevins (Emily) of Dumfries, Andrea Nevins of Aldie and Maria Nevins of Aldie.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Demaine Funeral Home (520 S Washington St, Alexandria, VA 22314). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Basilica of Saint Mary (310 S Royal St, Alexandria, VA 22314).
