He is survived by: his siblings, Aaron and Kim Cory; his stepson Charles Schmidt (Sharon); his grandchildren, John, Lanie, Charles, Paige, Austin, Rosalee, Ava, Gavin and Bella; his great grandchildren, Lila and Bentley; and his granddaughter Summer Downs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and one aunt.
