Keith Dean Forbush Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Keith Dean Forbush of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 22, 2022 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Keith Dean Forbush to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Gordon Forbush and Marilyn Forbush (Rose) of West Milton, Ohio.; and his brother-in-law Joseph Revak. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Willoughby Forbush; his children, Dawn Brantley (Doug) of Ripon and Josh Forbush of Oshkosh; his sister Kathy Revak of Minneapolis, MN; his grandchildren, Samantha Forbush, Jenna Brantley, Dominik Forbush, Meredith Brantley, Natalie Brantley and Anna Brantley; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Willoughby, Ronald Willoughby (Pam), Teresa Schaetzer (Dave) and Thomas Willoughby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Keith's name.
